The award winning serviced offices at Lion Court inhabits the west wing of Staunton Harold Hall and boasts beauty, history and heritage combined with the latest in office facilities and business technology.
You may think that all this grandeur comes at a price. Actually, our rates are some of the most reasonable you will find, and we don’t lock you into any long term contracts either.
Although we are surrounded by magnificent parkland we are just minutes away from national road and rail links and just 5 minutes away from the international airport.

Virtual Offices
Our Virtual Offices
You can enjoy all of the prestige of a Lion Court, Staunton Harold address and telephone number, but without actually having an office here. Virtual clients may want to have a base at Lion Court for any number of reasons:
- Meetings Easily Arranged – because virtual clients get the use of Lion Court’s conference facilities on your monthly account arranging a meeting couldn’t be easier. Just a phone call and a quick availability check. Room layout and refreshments can be organised. No payment up front, all added to your monthly bill.
- International Business – businesses based abroad may wish to have a prestigious UK address for post and to manage their phone calls without overseas ringtone or language issues. They may also wish to use the offices or meeting rooms occasionally.
- Home Worker – home-based businesses may want to project a professional identity by having Lion Court as their address, and their telephone answered by our trained receptionist. Allowing you to get to work on other projects.
Services available:
- Mail receipt to be forwarded to your actual address or collected in person.
- Parcels received or shipments organised on your behalf.
- Telephone answered in your company name on your dedicated number and dealt with as per your instructions (messages taken, calls forwarded or appointments made).
- Use of co-working, hotdesk, private offices, meeting rooms and the video conference suite at Lion Court as and when required on an hourly basis. Added to your monthly account.

Maybe you are travelling and need a quiet, professional place to work for a hour or two? Perhaps you just need an office on an occasional basis to catch up on paperwork? Possibly you run a home-based business but need a place to yourself during school holidays?
Whatever the reason, a hotdesk could be for you.
Choose from a selection of private or shared facilities. We have space available for either one person, small teams or larger groups to work in comfort. All usual facilities are provided in the price – wifi, kitchen, printers, photocopying.
